Master Class: Mindfulness

The term mindfulness is thrown around us nowadays on the internet and its use has increased globally. Mindfulness is defined as the psychological process of bringing all your attention to your current experiences in the present.

Do you also have that bad, nervous feeling when the exams are around the corner? It’s called stress and it is probably common for a lot of you. Are you getting tired of that feeling and do want to get rid of it? This is your chance, because the masterclass committee organises a masterclass about managing stress.

Underlying techniques can help reduce negative thinking and can be very helpful in dealing with stress, of which know students all about. These techniques can also help you improve your focus, thinking skills and concentration. You will be learning a more accepting and compassionate way to look at your thoughts and feelings.

Eager to learn these skills?

The masterclass will take place on Monday 13 January and Wednesday 15 January from 17:00 until 20:30. You will need to be there both days, when you sign up. There are limited places so do not lose this unique opportunity and sign up now. Dinner will be taken care of. In addition, you will earn 5 educational points!
