Borrel & Pubquiz – Fiesta Mexicana
On Wednesday the 23rd of May, the combined borrel and pubquiz took place. The theme of the night was ‘Fiesta Mexicana’. In line with the theme, the borrel committee had bought Mexican drinks, tortilla chips and other snacks. Besides, we enjoyed some delicious ‘Mexican’ burritos, tacos, quesadillas and churros…
During the pubquiz, three teams battled for the big prize: a piñata. They tested their knowledge on Mexican food, history and entertainment, while enjoying the Mexican food and drinks. In the end, team ‘Ik heb honger’ was the winner of the pubquiz, and of the piñata of course.
